Apr 21, 2021 · Scam. There's a reason Rappi has a 1 star rating here. I've tried to cancel multiple times. Rappi charged me for the "Pro" service several months after I cancelled. I was in French Guiana, Suriname, and Guyana where Rappi doesn't even exist. I got billed for an order in Coritiba that was never delivered.

I suspect it had something to do with marking my account as fraudulent on Rappi’s backend processing. My credit card companies never saw transactions go through except the first one or 2 that were successful. This suggested that Rappi was blocking the transaction, not my cc companies.
Rappi is the worst delivery app. Orders arrive incomplete and there is no customer service to turn to. When you file a complaint, a robot "resolves" it by ignoring it. It's impossible to talk to a human being.
