If you are looking to download other people's VODs- that I'm not sure. I use a program called 4K Video Downloader to download YouTube videos and Twitch Clips, but not totally sure whether or not it would work on full length Twitch VODs.
Not letting me download twitch (desktop version) Ivve been watching videos all morning and still not able to find out how to download the twitch app on my pc. Its only giving me to option to download the iOS or Android version NO WINDOWS! Can anyone give me some useful advice. The Twitch desktop app was discontinued a few years ago.

When I go to the website and click download, I get sent to this site: https://app.twitch.tv/download. On this site nothing happens automatically nor is there a button too press or anything.

The other day I was trying to make a 20 minute highlight, it took 30 minutes just to process and an hour to export to YouTube. It feels completely random when it slows down, because I was trying to do that at midnight
First, download OBS, this is the application that this guide is based off of, and while allow you to broad cast your stream to your twitch channel. Second , download " CLR Browser ", this is important to providing your channel with Alerts and other similar add-ons for notifications.
Feb 20, 2020 · If downloading VODs doesn't work you can use Twitch Leecher to download VODs, but Twitch Leecher won't work if VODs are sub-only if you're not subbed to the channel you're downloading the VOD from. If you're a sub, simply login to Twitch Leecher with your Twitch account, and download the VOD. FTFY

It’s likely a bug on Twitch but could be affected by any number of things like your general internet connection, adblockers, browser extensions acting up, VPNs, etc. You could put in a ticket with Twitch if it doesn’t eventually start working.
