Feb 28, 2022 · The 2 for UPS show no pickup, no transit, nothing, just like I created a label and UPS never picked up ... and I dropped them off personally ... so wtf. I ordered something off the JBL website a couple days ago and today it says shipped and gave me a tracking number. I went on UPS site and it says the tracking number isn't in their system.
Jul 7, 2018 · A UPS tracking number, for domestic packages within the United States, will usually start with "1Z" followed by a 6 character shipper number (numbers and letters), a 2 digit service level indicator, and finally 8 digits identifying the package (the last digit being a check digit), for a total of 18 characters.
May 12, 2021 · A workaround that I have found is that I can put the tracking number into the search on Bing and they will get the detailed tracking info. Presumably they are using some kind of API to get the same data that the UPS app displays. May 16, 2021 · When tracking a package it used to be that you could view the detailed scans (which included the approximate container scans). Now it says On the Way. Clicking on view details doesn't give any useful information... Or does it? This trick works whether you have just a tracking number or click on the tracking logged in through UPS My Choice.

I probably should have contacted customer service by now, but my package has been stuck at “departed UPS mail innovations facility en route to USPS induction” since June 25th. The estimated delivery date hasn’t changed and still says June 24th.
Jun 11, 2022 · A: If your package has a departure scan it will get an arrival scan. Departure Scans are logical scans based on the most recent physical scan. When a trailer departs or arrives at a UPS facility the packages in that trailer get a scan based on that. If you have a departure scan you will eventually see an arrival scan.
Dec 26, 2020 · The UPS store was open and he paid the shipping costs and all. The tracking number on the receipt does not work. Every him or I attempt to track the package it just says “UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please verify your information”.
