NEW — Residents can now apply for permits and certificates online via Pivot, votre espace citoyen. Note that watering permits are not currently available online. While the Municipality will soon introduce online payment, please note that all invoices must be paid in person at Town Hall by: cash.

Water Quality. Chelsea residents depend mainly on private wells for their water supply. The Municipality of Chelsea has therefore set up the H 2 O Chelsea program, which offers residents the opportunity to have their well water tested at very competitive costs.
