It irritates me to see or read answers to questions that don't actually get answered ...

Or send a text to your email and the number will be in the address you get it from. You could also ask your provider, or check your bill.

To do that just tap and hold anywhere on the empty background of the home screen. Then look through the available app icons and find the Facebook one. Add it back to your screen and you should be fine.
