To begin with, you must register in the Uplink database. It’s very fast, in fact, and you don’t have to type complicated passcodes. My 3-digit password is sufficient for it. Then, you’ll have to choose your location. It doesn’t really matter which one you choose.
This guide contains pretty much everything you will ever need to know to be successful in Uplink, and is designed to help those that have never played the game before to get to grips with it, but also to allow people who know what they are doing to see if there is anything they could do better.
