Secret admirer was a really funny movie about a love letter, that winds up in many different peoples hands and creates alot of crazy misunderstandings at the same time! Good movie with a premise that was actually pretty funny.
Jun 17, 2010 · It’s not great cinema by any means. Preston’s wardrobe alone is difficult to watch; it’s possible that the movie is satirizing her as a fashion victim—but it’s equally possible that the neon lace anklets and white pumps just seemed like an unironically good idea in 1985.
To be fair, Secret Admirer is somewhat more clever and a great deal sweeter than the standard for its damp genre. Those who remember with affection Archie's constant flailings at Veronica with the help of lovesick Betty will feel on familiar ground here.

The pairing of Kelly Preston and Lori Loughlin makes this an instant must-watch, even if the character development of the lead played by C. Thomas Howell leaves something to be desired.
