May 17, 2021 · The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) issued an investor alert about a scam that purports to offer a high, guaranteed return from fictitious investment vehicles — the “Fidelity Capital Protected Fixed Income Fund” and the “Guaranteed Investment Bond.”
