There will be slight culture acclimatising to the ways of coastal people, but it shall be smooth.

But the waiting is not just because it's nosh, most restaurants in Mangalore are slow in service because of the mad crowd in the initial stages. I'd recommend people to go there after the initial craze has lowered down. But I'd actually disagree with you about the food.
