Apr 18, 2023 · Sasco Beach. 1401 Sasco Hill Road, Fairfield, CT. This beach is located on the picturesque Sasco Hill Road and offers stunning views of the Long Island Sound. It’s a smaller beach than Jennings or Penfield, but it’s perfect for a peaceful day at the beach.
South Pine Creek Beach. South Pine Creek Beach is the smallest of all the beaches. There are bathroom facilities and a small parking lot. South Pine Creek Beach is free and open to the public, however from Memorial Day Saturday to Labor Day only residents with a beach sticker are permitted to park in the lot.
- Ocean Beach Park – New London. Ocean Beach Park is one of the most popular beaches in Connecticut. Located in New London, this beach has soft sand and some of the largest waves in the state.
- Jennings Beach – Fairfield. Jennings Beach is a great place to go swimming in Fairfield. The beach is sandy, plus it has great views of Long Island Sound.

Sasco beach is a smaller more private beach than the other beaches in Fairfield and is used mostly by people who live nearby and locals (especially during the week) who prefer the peacefulness of this beach over the busier larger beaches in Fairfield.
