  7. Paul's point wasn't that he couldn't take the lead on bass. He didn't prove himself wrong. He never even claimed that he couldn't take the lead on bass you retard. His problem was that the bass was the only instrument he had ANY input on. So for that reason, Tool just wasn't a good fit for him.
