Shelby is a water resources specialist with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph. She brings a variety of hydrotechnical analysis experience to Falkirk’s Water Stewardship group, including watershed modelling, fluvial geomorphology and stormwater management design.
