Being a long standing customer you would think they would give great customer service, but no they don't really give a crap. They barely respond to you regarding your issues. You can only contact by email. I unsubscribed from their emails and they continued to send me emails. I had to email them 2 times and they did not resolve my issues.

May 26, 2012 · Dealfind MUST have phone support and I remember them having it last time I called months ago but it seems its now removed and you can only contact them by email and it takes 4-5 business days for them to respond. When I was able to find their phone number in the privacy documents, it still redirected me to the online request form.
