Lars Håkon Gudmestad (født 1969) er en norsk manusforfatter for film og TV. Gudmestad vokste opp i Holmestrand, hvor han gikk på Botne skole og Gjøklep ungdomsskole. Han ble kjent for norsk offentlighet som programleder for Filmredaksjonen på NRK2 på slutten av 1990-tallet, og ble nominert til Gullruten 1998 i kategorien beste programleder.
