Davis Wade Stadium on the Mississippi State University campus. The Junction on a home football game day on the campus of Mississippi State University. The Junction, located on the south side of the stadium, is a grassy park where Bulldog fans tailgate under tents during sports weekends.
Davis-Wade Stadium opened in 1914, which makes it the second-oldest college football stadium in the country – the facility was originally known as New Athletic Field, and the playing surface itself was named Scott Field, after Olympic runner and former player Donald Scott.
