Dec 14, 2017 · The park is open for leisure use. Pier parking passes, previously available for purchase at Northerly Island Park and the Park Bait Shop, will temporarily be sold at the Lincoln Park Cultural Center (2045 N. Lincoln Park West) on Thursdays at the Lincoln Park Cultural Center.
