Celebrating 300 years. Raine's celebrated its Tercentenary on 8th May 2019 at St Paul's Cathedral. An evensong service to celebrate our Foundation was very well attended by current and past students and teachers.
Jul 11, 2019 · Consultations are open on plans to close Raine’s Foundation School in August 2020, with Oaklands Secondary School expanding in order to accommodate displaced students. Should the plans go ahead they will bring the school’s centuries long life to a close.
May 7, 2019 · May 2019, a day before the 300 years celebrations of the school, there was a meeting at Raine's Foundation school with a proposal to close the school. Tomorrow at St. Paul's there will be another celebratory service for parents and pupils to mark this wonderful occasion of 300 years of Raine's.
I became a Trustee in 2019 and feel it is a privilege to be part of a charity that has helped so many children. As a Raine’s pupil I gained ‘A’ levels in English Literature, History and Economics.
