From the Valle De Uco, Mendoza wine region, Piedra Negra Alta Colección 2019 is a spot-on, medium-plus-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with blackberry, blueberry, cassis, fresh earth and nutty flavours that linger on. Excellent acidity for food with pleasantly chewy tannins. Pour with grilled red meats.
100% PINOT GRIS. Extraordinary variety that ripens early and produces a fine and high quality wine. It is a red grape variety that is vinified as a white variety, widely seen in Italy. We were the first to plant Pinot Gris in Argentina.
