   Is Whoop a scam?

   • This is a scam. There is no real support and phone number to get support. Tons of people are complaining about this company business practices. They need to be shut down. I told them with enough time to cancel and not ship this, and they did anyway. Hello, and thank you for reaching out to WHOOP support.

   Does Whoop really work?

   • Date of experience: 03 June 2024 WHOOP helped me a lot to understand sleep, recovery and exercise and what I can do improving every one of those by tracking and changing habits. It has a different approach than other fitness wearables but I find that it works much better than the apple watch. Have used it for over 2 years now.

   Worst customer service ever! The actual Whoop sensor is good, but customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered some new bands, which Whoop was unable to deliver. Two months of emails back and forth with Whoop's customer service with no success.
