   • This is a scam. There is no real support and phone number to get support. Tons of people are complaining about this company business practices. They need to be shut down.    Does Whoop really work?

   • Date of experience: 03 June 2024 WHOOP helped me a lot to understand sleep, recovery and exercise and what I can do improving every one of those by tracking and changing habits. It has a different approach than other fitness wearables but I find that it works much better than the apple watch. Have used it for over 2 years now.
