Athletic success is a longstanding tradition at O’Dea High School, and with this tradition comes the responsibility to compete, with honor. The Fighting Irish have brought home 22 State Championships, 10 Academic State Championships, and 34 Metro League All Sports Titles.

During his days at O'Dea, he excelled in both baseball and football and was a starter in both sports by his sophomore year.
