May 19, 2017 · As for a solution, you need to find out whether this is a hardware issue or a software issue and the only reliable way to do that is to do a clean reinstall of Windows 10 and all the drivers (and I'd allow Windows Update to find all the drivers it can before installing any manually).

Sep 16, 2020 · The optimus isn't a clevo chassis, period. If the user does in fact have a clevo chassis, it's because he's been allocated the wrong unit and it needs to be returned. There are two model numbers for the Optimus as one is an Intel build number and one is an AMD chassis number, but they're both TongFang.

Dec 12, 2019 · PCS only post the drivers available at the time of building to get you started, for any updated versions, you'll need to go to clevo. The drivers you need are listed as below, takes a bit of getting used to clevo's references: View attachment 15118. That then redirects you to this: View attachment 15119.
Aug 9, 2018 · Windows device manager shows two devices which aren't working properly. One is ELAN EzTouchFilter. This device cannot start (code 10). A required I2C connection and/or interrupt resource is missing. The other is Synaptice SMBus Touchpad. This device cannot start (code 10). Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.
