  1. May 6, 2023 · Lincoln International - Reputation. I'm curious to hear thoughts on the firm. I've come across a few older threads, but I was wondering what the 2023 sentiment is on Lincoln; specifically comp, reputation on the street (relative to other MMs), and the best groups within Lincoln. I have heard that it's a fast-growing firm, but any additional ...

  2. Jul 27, 2022 · 2y. Lincoln Associate here. Not sure we pay below Baird and Blair. Associate is $175 / $200 / $225 with bonuses at 100%+ of base last year. I think Blair is the same pay scale, and Baird is a flat $200 for Associates. But yes, probably smaller deals on average. MDs averaged $5MM+ in fees per head last year. Reply.

  3. Lincoln International pays an average salary of $90,000 per year. This base compensation is the equivalent of $45 per hour assuming a 40 hour work week (2,000 hours per year). The actual average hours worked per week at Lincoln International based on our data is actually 67 hours, which would bring down the true effective hourly rate to $28 on average.

  5. Nov 25, 2020 · If you are interested in pursuing a career in valuations, Lincoln is definitely a good spot. If you are using valuations as a stepping stone to IB, Lincoln is a very respected name, but you're going to want to be in the Transaction Opinions (preferably) or Corporate Valuations groups. Comp at the Analyst level is similar to IB ($85k base + 30 ...

  6. May 26, 2020 · Lincoln is a solid MM platform that does well in smack-middle market deals in the $100-300mm space. Sure, sometimes you do bigger deals but that is not common. You can exit into LMM PE funds around $300-800mm, but even then it’s difficult because they still rather hire analysts from BBs / EBs and better MM firms like Blair, Baird, HW, HL, etc.

  7. Apr 4, 2022 · 2022 | Thoughts on Lincoln International. Wanted to hear everyone's thoughts on Lincoln International in 2022 and where they stand among other MM's. Also would love to hear more about culture, comp, career progression, and exit ops.

  8. Please describe the interview / hiring process. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and submitted my resume to Lincoln. My recruiter arranged the interviews, all of which were Zoom calls. The first round interview was a 30 minute with 2 people from HR. After intros, they asked me to explain my valuation skills and experience at a high level.

  9. Aug 17, 2015 · Lincoln in NYC is just like any other new york investment bank culture, nothing special IMO. Lincoln NYC was very sweaty during covid boom, mainly in tmt and healthcare, like very sweaty. Chicago is different tho, def some truth to the lincoln culture propaganda in that city. No clue about the other offices.

  10. Mar 28, 2021 · TMT is split between NYC /SF. Hoping to double the size of the group in the next 3 years. M&A groups as a whole target the $100-$500M range but have been getting a few $1b+ engagements as well. Restructuring (SSG): the special situations group is interesting and is also looking to expand. They were the lead advisor on the $30b civil claims of ...
