Jan 31, 2021 · Ocado - overcharging? Does anyone know why Ocado debit more than your total shopping amount? So last night I placed an order to be delivered the following day. There are no weighed items and only 4 items that are on offer (the offers are still live and show as a "-" on the receipt). My order total including delivery came to £120.86.

Aug 21, 2024 · I’ve been an Ocado Reserved customer for nearly 4 years and have only just discovered that I’ve been missing out on loads of promotions and discounts this whole time. The sums involved may seem trivial but they’ve probably mounted up to a frightening total over the years. I wondered if anyone else has had the same issue and if not, I want to make more people aware of it.
Feb 4, 2013 · In my area, a weekend delivery costs 6.99 same as Tesco. If you save 4.00 on offers at Tesco then pay 6.00 delivery you've saved nothing. If you save 3.00 on offers and get free delivery from Waitrose, you've saved 3.00. Ocado offers more choice than any other supermarket and will match or beat Tesco on brands.
Jul 2, 2013 · Ocado used to be brilliant; in theory they still should be but when you're complaining about six to ten items ever week in a £70 shop something is wrong. So if you want squashed items, crisps under soup cans, same day expiry when on latest delivery slot, bruised fruit and ripped packets; then you're missing out if Ocado don't deliver.

Pricing is matched to Tesco for most items, so potentially could be cheaper than Waitrose, but you normally have less delivery slots and you do not get the same offers that the Waitrose stores have, which is one to be ...

Oct 5, 2013 · I have just signed up for a year long mid week delivery pass with OCADO - it cost me £25 with living social but that also gave me £30 off my first shop. I did wonder whether it was worthwhile as ODACO always seem to be very expensive but I have been really impressed so far.
