I still think they should provide clear instructions on how to refund, since purchasing (of course) goes incredbly smoothly. Apparently you e-mail [email protected]
Dealfind's refund policy is only 30 days. On the other hand I have had excellent experiences with groupon. I've never been let down and groupon has refunded me twice when things didn't work out.
TeamBuy and DealFind, meanwhile, are answering customer complaints with a form e-mail informing querents that the businesses are in the process of restructuring, and cannot honour “TeamBucks” coupons or issue refunds for any purchases made on or before Aug. 29.

Sep 16, 2014 · Dealfind oversold a local housekeeper's deal for two hours of cleaning. They sold over 1000 deals and basically ruined her business. They had agreed on (excuse me if I have this number wrong, it was a few yrs back) selling 50. I managed to get my refund, but many did not. Their Facebook page lit up with complaints.
