Aug 15, 2015 · Simple Drive is a USB attached external hard drive. Mine has 400 GB, works fine in XP but not in Win 10. Neither XP nor Win 10 showed that a device driver has been installed - but works in XP. Google cannot find a site that has the new driver. Any help to get this working? Appreciated.

Jul 8, 2022 · The drive may not have been initialized, you can use Disk Management to initialize and format the drive. 1-Right-Click on Start then click on Disk Management. 2-Right-click on the Drive and select the option to create a new partition or volume and follow the instructions. If there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it, then it indicates that there are some issues with it. Method 3 . I suggest you to check if the disk is listed in Disk management utility.

Aug 31, 2016 · The partition has no file system and, as a result it is unreadable. If you have data on this drive then plug this drive into another PC and backup the data. Once this is done format the drive using NTFS. Once this is done plug in that drive into this PC to check if that helps. Keep us informed to help you further.
