Another option I can think of would be to utilise the the security token. Calls to the APIs, say the Partner API login () method, that include the security token appended to the password don't need to go through the verification check.

If you are having the same issue follow the below steps for resolution. Call Salesforce toll free number and ask them to send a reset link to your registered email. Open your registered email and click the link to change password. If the step2 is not working then open your registered email and forward the reset link email to your personal email.

Sep 6, 2023 · Whenever I create a new Devhub trial org, or any kind of trial org, or even Developer Edition org, and follow Verify Account link, it redirects me to login page and doesn't allow to set my password or setup a security question. Every time I have to open another Salesforce Support case to fix this problem and reset a password for every new org.
