   Mar 7, 2018 · Hello, I have Plex installed on my WIndows 2012 server. I just recently purchased a WinTV-QuadHD tv tuner card. I had the TV Tuner card installed in my Local windows 10 system for a couple days to test it out. I found the WinTV application was buggy beyond belief. It constantly crashed.
