  2. In 2023, 397,910 jobs were located in Employment Areas, or 25.9 per cent of all jobs in Toronto. Employment Areas contained 90.1 per cent of all Manufacturing jobs in 2023. Areas of Employment (AOE) account for 383,860 jobs, or 25.0 per cent of all citywide employment.
