I now live in Beeston/Chilwell and it’s great. Nice area, good schools, good transport links including to London. Beeston town centre is okay with decent restaurants.

  4. Reply reply. ArmouredRat. •. There is a very very dark side to Nottingham lol. It has a lot of extreme poverty, and ties to gangs, especially in the early 00s. It's a fine place to live though, especially if you're in one of the nicer areas, but it does have a reputation for a reason.
