Nov 5, 2013 · The great thing about Holybourne is that it is surrounded by really beautiful and handy places eg. Basingstoke - 25 mins Guildford - 25 mins Winchester - 25 mins Southampton - 35 mins Portsmouth - 40 mins Petersfield - 25 mins Camberley - 30 mins. Alton is the nearest town as has local amenities. Coffee shops, clothes shops, banks, the usual.
Bournemouth is OK, middle-of-the-road kinda place. I'm going to lump Poole next door into the equation, it's all basically the same place. It's in a beautiful part of the country; tons of nice walks to go on if you can get out of town a bit. Economically, we're going okay.
