Sep 25, 2024 · The prebendal manor of Wilsdon or Bounds was leased in the year 1560 to Robert Weston, Dean of the Arches (fn. 4). Some time previously to the civil war a lease was granted for three lives to John Awborne (fn. 5). When the church lands were put up to sale, in 1649, this manor was purchased by Ezekiel Tanner (fn. 6).
