Dec 9, 2011 · First, to make one a den leader, raise him/her to rank 10 and go to any captured Assassin Den. Go inside and interact with the table to appoint an assassin there. After that, talk to him/her to do the first part of a Master Assassin training quest. These are covered in an earlier section of the guide.
