Frodsham / ˌ f r ɒ d ʃ əm / ⓘ is a market town, civil parish, and electoral ward in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. Its population in 2021 was 9,300. [1] It is 16 miles (26 km) south of Liverpool and 28 miles (45 km) southwest of Manchester.
Frodsham is a thriving Cheshire Market Town that dates from the 13th century. Rich in history and many of today’s buildings stand on the original plots of land laid out in the 13th and 14th centuries. Its genteel and attractive appearance does not hint at the town’s bustling, industrial past.
- Katie S. 36 contributions. Adventure Trail- Great mucky fun. We did the adventure trail, me and 2 of my children, ages 11 and 14. We had a great time although our favourite piece of equipment which we was really looking out for wasn’t there anymore !!

Amazing experience day, we did the buggy driving and the shooting, the former being a great 20 laps around a small course with the assistance of instructor Jake, before shooting rifles down range with instructor Steve, who safely taught us to handle the guns correctly.
