Alright you will need to make sure the mod works for the version of anomaly you have installed, check the mod page. Next download JSGME, its a simple isnstall, you just place it in the root folder. Now place the mod you want in the "MODS" folder. If you have winrar or 7 zip remember to unzip it. Now start JSGME.
