Yes Boys over flowers is very outdated and cringy by today's standards, but it's also a drama that started the whole high school romance genre. Kdramas have progressed so much since BOF. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is new to Kdramas but it's a classic and a guilty pleasure for a lot of people including me haha.
