  2. The Nebraska State Capitol is situated on K Street in Lincoln. We visited on a Sunday with ample free parking and arrived just in time to join a tour. The Capitol was designed in 1920 and is the second-tallest statehouse in the US. The interior is very beautiful with much artwork.
