1 April 2004. (2004-04-01) Starhunter (and in the original Season Two Starhunter 2300) is a Canadian science fiction television series that aired for two seasons. The series was produced in Canada by The Danforth Studios Ltd. (a D'or/Jackson Company) [1] in association with Alliance Atlantis with some photography in the United Kingdom.
Sadly, like Firefly this series was canceled way before it reached a wide audience. You can watch the “second season” (Starhunter 2300), which is closer to a spin off rather then a second season (most of the characters have changed), on Youtube. I would highly recommend people who enjoyed Firefly check it out.

The fourth book follows a minor character introduced in the first book as they are forced together with a ragtag group of strangers in what is basically the sci-fi equivalent of being snowed in with one another at a rest stop. Epic rag-taggery throughout, but not following a single character or group.
Known_Cherry_1570. • 2 yr. ago. It's low budget, Starhunter Redux re cut has plenty of new or updated stuff, some intriguing plot bit you can't get on most bigger budget stuff. The latter part of the 44 eps have characters incorporated into scenes where they didn't exist in the original. I think worth it.
