In 1963 two aluminum-siding salesmen, the so called tin men, gets in a car accident that they both blame on the other, which is the start of a rivalry. The plot is a classic man vs man story with the added setting of door to door salesmen in the 1960s, but it doesn’t really deliver anything special.
Overall, Tin Men is a solid film that talks about what happens when fate pit two rivals against each other. The back and forth between these two men are enlightening and often entertaining to watch. Not the best film on Levinson's resume, but it's still a solid, smart film.
