Aug 9, 2010 · Hum Paanch was adapted from a Kannada movie ‘Paduvarahalli Pandavaru’ and that movie was more hardhitting than the adaptation. You are right about this one losing its way in the second half. This movie certainly had a great star cast but I felt the original had its characters better etched out.
