Aug 6, 2024 · Lowes has no customer service. Bought a new GE refrigerator 10/05/2019 at $2,000.00 plus 5 year warranty plan. Unit failed less than 5 years old. Contract stated they would have some one out to look at the unit for repairs in 2 days. The service company called back the next day and said it will be one week later.
