Aug 1, 2023 · The beach offers a quieter alternative to the nearby South Beach at Lowestoft, which can become rammed on hot days during the school holidays. The large car park next to the beach usually contains only a handful of cars and an ice cream van. Lowestoft's Ness Point - the UK's most easterly point - is a short walk south along the promenade.
