Kathryn Beaumont Levine (born 27 June 1938) [1] is a British actress. She is best known for voicing Alice in Alice in Wonderland (1951) and Wendy Darling in Peter Pan (1953), for which she was named a Disney Legend in 1998.
Kathryn Beaumont was just ten years old when she was chosen for thevoice of Alice, in Disney's animated version of the classic children'stale,Alice in Wonderland (1951). Walt Disneywas so impressed with Kathryn'slong curly blonde hair, sparkling eyes and acting ability, that hechose her as the model for Alice. BornJune 27, 1938.

Kathryn Beaumont is a semi-retired English-American actress, voice actress, singer, and school teacher, who provided the voice and live-action reference for Alice in the 1951 Disney animated feature film Alice in Wonderland, as well as the voice and live-action reference for Wendy Darling in the following 1953 Disney animated feature film Peter Pan. She also provided the voice of Kairi's Grandma in the video game Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.
She also played Alice and Wendy in live-action specials used for promotion, like Operation Wonderland, One Hour in Wonderland and The Walt Disney Christmas Show.
Beaumont received a Disney Legend Award in 1998. She reprised the roles of Alice and Wendy in most of their subsequent appearances, until 2005 when she retired from acting, her roles of Alice and Wendy were taken over by Hynden Walch.
In 2013, her voice was also used in the video game Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX.
