Oct 23, 2017 · The under-construction Bill Hogarth Secondary School in Markham’s Cornell subdivision will not be ready to open on Sept. 5 for Grade 9 and 10 students who the York Region District School Board said Tuesday will have to start the year at Bur Oak Secondary School. The board is hoping they’ll be able to move over to Bill Hogarth by November.
