Jun 16, 2023 · Can't access "mymessage" via Windows computer. When I login in to check my iMessages at mymessage.apple.com, I only receive the error message "You do not seem to have access to this page. Please contact Admin." I can log in to icloud.com, but there's no app or tile for iMessage.

Learn what to do if you can’t send or receive messages or you see an alert when you send a message with Messages on your Mac.
After trying each step below, try to send a message again.
•Restart your Mac. Choose Apple menu > Restart, then click Restart.
•Make sure that your software is up to date. Learn how to update the software on your Mac.
•Make sure that your Mac is connected to the Internet. To check your Internet connection, try loading a page in Safari or another web browser.
•Check that the date and time is set correctly on your Mac.
•Make sure that you enter the correct phone number or email address for the contact.
If you try to send a message and see an alert that the person isn’t registered with iMessage, the message is trying to send using SMS/MMS. Make sure Text Message Forwarding is set up and your iPhone is powered on.
If you can send messages but your contacts see your email address instead of your phone number, make sure that you're signed in to iMessage with the same Apple ID on all your devices. Learn how to add your phone number to Messages on your Mac.

- Check if iMessage is down. The first possibility is that the server that iMessage is run from is down – which could mean that iMessage isn’t working for anyone.
- Make sure you’ve got a connection (and enough data) iMessage needs a data connection to work, so you need to make sure you’ve got 3G or 4G (or 5G) available, or a good WiFi signal.
- Make sure iMessage is on and set up correctly. Check you’re set to send and receive iMessages by going to Settings > Messages and checking that iMessage is turned on.
- Turn it off and on again and restart Messages. As in all good troubleshooting articles one essential piece of advice is to turn it off and on again. You could start off by double-pressing the Home button and swiping up on the Messages app, before relaunching it.

Oct 27, 2016 · I'm having a problem getting *some* incoming texts/sms/iMessages on my computer. ALL texts I receive are addressed to my phone #. My phone number is properly linked to my iCloud account and my iCloud account is properly logged in from both my telephone and computer.
