Jun 17, 2024 · Max hyd tail gooseneck dual tandem. Very nice trailer. Prob an 09 never any issues. DU25 big Tex dump trailer. Been good trailer but very poor paint quality. Never owned a Kaufman but very impressed with the build quality of their gooseneck dump trailer. Just from what I saw looked impressive.

Diamond C, Load Trail, Corn Pro, MaxxD, and many others make a MUCH better trailer than Kaufman and the other low cost, high volume guys. The PJ and Big Texx trailers seem to be somewhere in the middle.
Nov 9, 2020 · From: SW VA. Yeah, you definitely have to lay eyes on them and go over every inch. I looked at PJ, Hudson, Big Tex, Diamond C, Kaufman, Hooper, Pro Line, and a couple others. PJ and Hudson were the best quality as far as welds, wiring harness, crossmembers, and paint/powder coat.

Feb 13, 2017 · Both deckover with dovetail. Both 14k with Dexter axles (obviously 8 lug). Both 20 footers (PJ is 17+3, Gator is 16+4). Both flip up ramps with springs. Both dealers are about an hour away. Was sold on PJ, but Gatormade grabbed my attention (only due to price). Big Tex is actually a few dollars more than PJ. Kaufman is similar price to PJ.
