60m-400m. The best spikes I’ve tried for these distances are the Superfly and Maxfly. However my recommendation for most people would be the Superfly. The superfly has a superior lockdown and better durability. My pair of Maxflys popped after a few races, but my superflys are 3 years old and still going strong.

Great spikes for sure! Especially if you’re upgrading from a budget spike, you’ll feel the difference. They aren’t the best durability wise but also not the worst.
