But since you've only stopped at Arrow season 4 and Flash season 3, just before all the big fun annual crossovers, I would say it's worth watching the Arrowverse until at least the Crisis of Infinite Earth crossover and the final episode of Arrow (season 8) to experience an epic story arc.
I personally recommend it (if you want to watch all of it and be up to speed with the crossovers): Arrow s1 - 2 Arrow s3 / Flash s1 (crossover at Flash 1x08 and Arrow 3x08)
I think you would be fine. I feel like Arrow and the Flash are the important ones in all the crossovers. Supergirl's plot doesnt relate to Invasion, a character plot point is referred to in the beginning of Crisis X but not relevant to the main story, same with Elseworlds crossover.
