I have been sent a CDRL form to complete and the new&old terms of the contract. Dixons never had a policy end schedule or any way to stop the customer taking out this month by month insurance. This new Care and Repair does and I can see them cancelling my policy very soon whether I like it or not due to the age of my product and their ability to end any contract.

It has developed a fault so I returned it to Curry's and requested a refund. They refused and offered a replacement or a repair instead. Are they right to do this?
