Will I have access to MyHealthNB to see my patient’s data? As a clinician you will not have access to your patients’ data in MyHealthNB. However, you can access the patient’s record through the EHR, except for their immunization record, which is not yet available in EHR. A clinician can access their own records in MyHealthNB, as a patient.
Continue to follow your current processes for viewing patients' results from the various systems in place, such as the Electronic Health Record Viewer (EHR Viewer), Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Meditech systems. Patients with a MyHealthNB account can access their results and personal health information prior to or after an appointment.
If you don’t have a MyHealthNB account: Get a registration code at any SNB Service Centre OR at your next blood test or medical imaging appointment at a Horizon or Vitalité facility. Use your code to register your account. If you have a MyHealthNB account: Login using your account. Reset your password if you can’t remember it.

It is available to anyone using the MyHealthNB app on Apple or Android operating systems. Existing MyHealthNB users should update their mobile app to ensure access to the patient summary.
